I am Ian Conrey, a proud father, grandfather, and a North Georgia REALTOR®. In the past year, I’ve had the privilege of being part of one of the top-performing real estate teams in the region, helping clients navigate the purchase and sale of homes, mountain properties, commercial investments, and unique land opportunities.

My family and I call the North Georgia mountains home, and I have a genuine appreciation for everything that makes this area special; from its small towns and mountain communities to its rivers, trout streams, forests, and rural properties. That local knowledge gives me a practical understanding of the land and lifestyle my clients are buying into, not simply the property itself.

Before real estate, my background included service in the U.S. Navy, a fly-fishing guide, ministry work, as well as investigative and field-based work. All of these experiences have taught me the importance of working well with others through preparation, attention to detail, communication, and following through on commitments. I bring that same approach to real estate.
